Prime Fitness 4U provides the best available  Performance Training in the Frisco area. Prime Fitness 4u  develops and refines the most current training techniques, enabling people to increase their overall  Performance  such as health, strength, explosiveness, agility and specific ability. Our  Speed & Agility  and Weight Training techniques were developed and designed by Marcellus Parker.

​​​​Our Clients compete in a variety of events and are of diverse age ranges and skill levels.  Prime Fitness 4u designed its training programs to be diverse to meet the needs of each person in their specific training.  Our  Performance Training is designed to make our Members faster, stronger, more agile and explosive. Athletic Training is designed to target athletic ability in the sport in which the athlete competes.

Athletic Training 

REACH YOUR FOLLOWING OUR PROVEN PLAN FOR HIGH PERFORMANCE ATHLETIC DEVELOPMENT. TRAIN ALONG SIDE THE BEST ATHLETES IN THE AREA,  WE TRAIN  AND DEVELOP YOUR BODIES AND SKILLS.

You will see accelerated results in 2 workouts per week with our Athletic Training Program.

Semi Private

A 45 minute training session custom built to fit each individuals needs as you will get a program created for your personal goals while training within a small group (4-8 clients) that is fully dedicated to achieving their fitness and performance goals.
